Tuaran: Sabah chief minister Datuk Hajiji Noor has urged whoever forms the federal government after the general election (GE15) to ensure that the voices of the people of Sabah and Sarawak were heard.

However, he said it was still too early to tell what the GE15 results were going to be.

“So let’s wait until after 7pm to know who is going to win,” he told reporters after casting his vote at SK Serusup here.

The Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) chairman said the coalition had already done its best and had left it to the people to decide.

Earlier, Warisan president Shafie Apdal was reported to have said that he would contact his fellow leaders in Sarawak if his party won more than 15 of the 25 parliamentary seats it is contesting in Sabah in GE15.
