Kota Kinabalu: Sabah reached its tourist arrival target of 1.3 million within just 10 months this year, said State Tourism, Culture and Environment Assistant Minister Datuk Joniston Bangkuai.“As of October, Sabah received a total of 1.34 million visitors with RM2.4 billion in tourism receipts,” he said, in his Ministry’s winding-up speech, at the State Legislative Assembly sitting, here.
This, he said, is a huge increase of 752.9 per cent compared to the previous year.
