Kota Kinabalu: The State Legislative Assembly has passed the Supply (2023) Enactment Bill 2022 to use RM4.91 billion from the Consolidated Fund for development and other expenditure services in 2023.

Speaker Datuk Seri Kadzim M. Yahya announced the passing of the Bill upon receiving majority voice of vote.

State Finance Minister 1 Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor cum the Chief Minister, who tabled the Bill said a withdrawal of a sum not exceeding RM4,910,768,828 would be allowed under the approved Bill for ordinary expenditure out of the Consolidated Fund, next year.
