Kota Kinabalu: A group of entrepreneurial students from SMK Sepagaya, Lahad Datu won the main award in the Sabah 2022 Tunas Niaga (Protune) Convention with their business start-up that aims at environmental conservation.Their business, dubbed “DISC Green Care”, involved three main projects to preserve the school’s environment valued at RM10,350, which yielded a net profit of RM3,584.35 in six months.
This earned them the coveted “Best Performance Award”, bringing home a cash prize of RM1,000, a trophy and a certificate.
