PENAMPANG: Penampang MP Datuk Ewon Benedick has directed the district’s Public Works Department (PWD) to prioritise building a parking area for Kampung Penampang Proper residents so as to move their vehicles during floods.“Road congestion is one of the main issues in Penampang besides flooding.
“I hope the road upgrading projects can be implemented and completed according to the set schedules,” he said after attending a briefing by the Penampang PWD District Engineer Nelliah Sittor about projects being implemented in the area, at the PWD office, Thursday.
