Kuala Lumpur: Sabah emerged as champion once again in the Malaysia Dance Festival 2022 Competition for the adult category, following its success in the children’s category.State Culture and Arts Department (JKKN) Director-General Mesran Mohd Yusop said the competition is a platform to showcase dance talents of children and adults.
“This is the pioneer, the successor of our dance legacy that will bring all the wealth of our dance art to the world stage later.
“The festival, which aims to provide space and facilities for creative dance artists, is apt and appropriate because the performances and choreographers presented are of very high quality,” he said.
