Man’s trial January 16-17 for causing grievous hurt 
The charge stated that he allegedly committed the offence together with three accomplices still at large.
Kota Kinabalu: A 20-year-old charged with causing grievous hurt to another man, will go trial on Jan 16 – 17, 2023.

Sessions Court Judge Elsie Primus set the date for Mohamad Sarip Ramli when his case was brought up for mention.

The court was informed that the medical report had been served to the defence but the DNA report had yet to be served.

Mohamad Sarip is accused of assaulting one Mohd Hazrul Migo Masan, 29, using a Samurai at 5am on Oct 1, 2021 in front of the Marina Court Resort Condominium along Jalan Tun Fuad Stephen, here.
