Kota Kinabalu: Minister of Entrepreneurial and Cooperative Development Datuk Ewon Benedick reiterated his commitment to ensuring Sabah’s rights be brought to the Federal Cabinet.
He said this is important as there will be no harmony between the Peninsula and Borneo without it being discussed and finalised in the Cabinet.
“This is also important because the relationship or harmony between the two regions can form political stability. This is why we welcomed the involvement of Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) and Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) to become part of the Unity Government," said Ewon according to a statement.
“Without Sabah, there will be no Malaysia. We formed this nation through the 1963 Malaysia Agreement (MA63)."
