Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah United Chinese Chamber of Commerce (SUCCC) described the announcement by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to give full mandate to the Sabah and Sarawak governments to approve development projects below RM50 million as historical.Its President Tan Sri Andrew Liew Sui Fatt said SUCCC thanked Anwar for the good news not only for contractors but also to the people of both states to enjoy many development programmes that could be implemented without hassle.
