Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Barisan Nasional (BN) has pulled out of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) State Government coalition partnership, saying the pact was made with the then Perikatan Nasional Federal Government after the 16th Sabah State Elections. The announcement followed an emergency meeting a day after BN (Sabah Umno) and Parti Warisan failed to unseat the GRS-led State Government of Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.
Sabah BN Chief Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin said among other reasons include the axing of former Chief Minister Datuk Seri Salleh Said Keruak as Qhazanah Sabah Berhad Chairman which is a breach of their contract.
