INANAM: The Human Resources Ministry is looking to set up a Sabah Labour Advisory Council to address issues faced by employers and safeguard employee welfare in the State.Its Deputy Minister Mustapha Sakmud said the Ministry wants to ensure a win-win situation for all parties and impose effective labour laws through the council.
“When I deal with employees and employers, I’ve seen that there may be some (labour) acts implemented in the Peninsula, but enforcing in the State had to be postponed.
