BEAUFORT: The newly appointed members of the District Council are entrusted by the community in bringing changes to the council by giving ideas and views.Assistant Minister of Sabah Local Government and Housing and Klias Assemblyman Datuk Isnin Aliasnih said during the 2023-2025 District Council Member Swearing-in Ceremony held at a hotel, here, Friday.
The council’s former members were not appointed because of deliberate political upheaval even though in principle they were able to bring changes.
