Kota Kinabalu: The culinary of the various Chinese ethnicity in Sabah were showcased during the Chinese New Year celebration.Some 700 types of Chinese menus were dished out during the “Feast of Fortune” buffet brunch for 900 guests at Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) here, Tuesday.
“This year we served almost 80 per cent of Chinese ethnic dishes, from Hakka to Cantonese, Hokkien and many more.
