Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Federal Secretary (SUP) Datuk Makhzan Mahyuddin paid a working visit to the Information Department (JaPen) on Wednesday.

The aim was to strengthen collaboration in the dissemination of Federal Government information to the community up to the grassroots level through JaPen.

During the visit, JaPen Sabah Director Jainisah Mohd Noor gave a briefing on the functions of the departments in JAPEN Sabah, namely the Community Development Communication Service (PKPM), Nerve Movement and Issue Management (GSPI), Media and Corporate Communication (MKK), Media Cyber, National Policy Publication (PDN) and Visual Communication And Art Design (KVS).

Makhzan was appointed SUP on January 3, 2023.

Also present were Sabah Federal Deputy Secretary Dr Muharrir Kamarudin, Assistant Secretary Ag Mohd Izzuddin Hariz Ag Kachee and JAPEN Sabah Deputy Director Supian Musa.
