KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor has announced, Sunday, that he will lead a party known as Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (Gagasan Rakyat).

Hajiji who is also Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) Chairman said the party was accepted into the coalition on Dec 9.

"God willing, we will continue our struggle through Gagasan Rakyat for the development of the people and the State.

"Hence, after this, there should be no more issues to dispute my position as chief minister.

"What's important is that I have the majority support from State assemblymen as the Chief Minister and I now leads a party, Gagasan Rakyat," he said after officiating the closing of GRS undergraduates' convention, here, Sunday.
