Kota Kinabalu: Industrial properties’ transacted value in Sabah have increased steadily for about 31 per cent from the Movement Control Order (MCO) period until now, according to The Gallery Kolombong Chairman Datuk James Hwang.He said the main growth was attributed by logistic and logistic-related companies during the MCO period where more food and beverages outlets are moving into industrial areas in Kolombong and Inanam. “To tap into the ever increasing demand of industrial properties, TheGallery@ Kolombong recently launched their 37 units of modern and contemporary design commercial/warehouse,” he said.
