Kota Kinabalu: Deputy Chief Minister III Datuk Shahelmy Yahya urged his partymates to remain calm while waiting for any decision from Umno regarding their fate.

“Umno has not taken any action against its five Sabah assemblymen who did not toe the party line and instead remained supportive to Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor during an attempt to unseat him, “ he said.

Hence, he urged everyone to be calm and to wait for any decision that will be announced on their fate.

“Like what was said by the president (Datuk Ahmad Zahid Hamidi), the disciplinary board will meet before the matter is brought to the supreme council,” he said.
