Kota Kinabalu: Three years of rental arrears owed by Sabah Urban Development Corporation (SUDC) to some 252 owners of Ming Garden Residence’s South China Sea Place have finally been settled.

Parti Kesehjateraan Demokratik Masyarakat’s Datuk Seri Winston Liaw said it could not have been done without the help of the party’s Vice President Datuk Ronnie Loh.

SUDC stopped paying rent to unit owners in the supposedly joint venture when the pandemic struck in February 2022.
