Complaints of delays and cancellations: AirAsia may have to buck up
From watching the setting afternoon sun to seeing moonlight before the AirAsia flight took off that was supposed to land in KL on Chinese New Year eve but landed in the wee hours of the new year of the Rabbit.
Kota Kinabalu: Passengers of AirAsia urged the low-cost airline to be more punctual in its flying schedule, especially since there is another up-coming low-cost airline My Air operating now in Malaysia that may soon compete for its routes.

A the local consumers association member said he received numerous complaints, the latest being AirAsia flight to Kuala Lumpur booked by West Malaysians on Chinese New Year Eve who had to work half day of that Saturday Jan 21, 2023.

Their late afternoon flight was delayed past 9.30 pm when they should have landed by then earlier to get back home to their parents’ place for reunion dinners.
