SANDAKAN: The Ministry of Education has been urged to review the proposal to move the construction of the Sabah Malaysian Art School from the Sandakan Education Hub to Tuaran.Libaran Member of Parliament Datuk Suhaimi Nasir said the original proposed construction of the school was on 40 acres at the Sandakan Education Hub.
“But due to political interference, the proposed construction was moved to Tuaran. I was informed that the site is located in a marshy area,” he said during the debate on the 2023 Budget in the Dewan Rakyat.
