PENAMPANG: Seven houses and several vehicles including a Land Cruiser and a Perodua Bezza were destroyed in a fire in Kg Domis, Jalan Hungab, Sunday.

Nobody was reported injured.

Firefighters from Penampang and Kota Kinabalu were deployed to the scene following a 2.49pm distress call.

The fire was brought under control by 4.11pm, with operations ending at  8.18pm. The cause was not immediately known at press time.
