PAPAR: A fireman was electrocuted but survived when putting out a house fire in Kampung Sabok, Kinarut, Thursday.

Mohd Qayyum Hamzah, 26, was rushed to the hospital in the Fire and Rescue Department’s (FRD) Emergency Medical Rescue Services (EMRS) vehicle in the noon incident.

“Thirteen officers and personnel from the Papar FRD were at the scene about 20 kilometres away from the station,” said a spokesperson.
