Donations for Sandakan fire victims
Suhaimi meeting the fire victims.
SANDAKAN: Libaran Member of Parliament Datuk Suhaimi Nasir presented donations to three families of fire victims at Taman Rajawali Batu 7.

Suhaimi, who is also the Head of Umno Libaran Division, tried to help families whose houses were 100 per cent destroyed to rent a house for temporary settlement.

In the incident at around 1 pm, one of the houses caught fire before spreading to two other houses.

Suhaimi asked the families involved to be patient with the challenges in this month of Ramahan.

According to PKPgB Sandakan BBP Station Head Severinus Sainkui the fire operation was terminated at 3 pm.
