TAWAU: Another policeman was charged today for the January murder of an e-hailing driver here.
No plea was taken from John Kennedy Sanggah, 44, after the charge was read before Magistrate Dzul Elmy Yunus.
This brought the number of accused persons to nine including a Datuk senior police officer and two women.
John is the husband of one of the two women accused in the murder case which brings the capital punishment on conviction.
