Kota Kinabalu: A man in his 30s died after falling from the fifth floor of a shopping complex, here, Thursday.

A pair of slippers, believed to belong to the man, was found on the fifth floor of the premises following the 3.10pm incident. A woman, believed to be related, was also at the scene. However, no further information was obtained from her as she was inconsolable at that time. The incident was witnessed by bystanders who screamed as they watched the man fell from the premises. The man is understood to be staying in Sabindo Lokawi. Police were at the scene to investigate.
