Kota Kinabalu: When it rains heavily there are thunder/lightnings, hence, people should be cautious in such scenario.Fearing a repeat freak incident resulting in the untimely death of 13-year-old boy who was struck by lightning in Papar, recently, Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) Wanita Chief Datuk Azizah Mohd Dun urged parents to monitor their children while outdoor, especially during heavy downpours.
This was to avoid any untoward incident from happening to their children during the hot and hazy weather, she said.
