Kota Kinabalu: Papar Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Hokkien Association Papar, Sabah has backed the Federation of Chinese Associations Sabah (FCAS) deputy president Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen’s call to co-host the Papar leg of the 38th National Chinese Cultural Festival 2023 Torch Run.
Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department cum Papar Member of Parliament (MP) Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali will be invited as the guest of honour for the event.
Susan, who is the main organizing chairlady of the 38th National Chinese Cultural Festival 2023, said that after meeting with Papar Chinese Chamber of Commerce president Cheoh High Weal and Hokkien Association, Papar Sabah president Tan Chuan Wah to discuss details of the torch run recently.
