LABUAN: Labuan Women’s Affairs Association (Hawa) chief Fauziah Datuk Din agreed with the former Sabah Chief Minister Tan Sri Harris Salleh that the Prime Minister
Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on “Tell Federal Government To Buck Up” (DE May 21) and pointed at the belated appointments of Labuan Ketua Kampung as an example.
Fauziah said even though these appointments involve a simple process of signing the approval by authorised official, yet it has not been done resulting in the positions remaining vacant for months.
“Questions are being asked what the Anwar-led Unity government could do for Labuan on the big issues when even small things it is incapable,” she said.
