Kota Kinabalu: A Common Sport Injuries & Basic Sport Massage in Track and Field (Level 1) course was recently held at the Penampang Sports Complex.

The course conducted by Abel Michael Gapin was organised by Penampang District Athletics Association in cooperation with Sabah Athletics Association (SAA).

Most of the participants were representatives from other district associations and they were provided up-to-date knowledge on injuries and sports massage to the athletes.

It served as a refresher course for coaches and parents with children involved in athletics as well as providing early exposure to those not directly involved.

Meanwhile, all the participants received certificates after the end of the sessions from Radios Sakir representing SAA. The next course will be held in Tawau from June 24-25.
