Kota Kinabalu: A question posed to the Unduk Ngadau contestants at the highlight of the Kaamatan celebrations at Honkod Koisaan on Wednesday left many in the audience and those following the event at home also stumped.
One former pageant chief judge said whoever framed the question must have been drunk with tapai (home-made wine).
It goes – “Unity starts from family. But the good relationship we have does not determine our career. What does that sacrifice have to do with the Unduk Ngadau competition?”
