Kota Kinabalu: A foreign tourist has been reportedly arrested after a clip went viral appearing to show him naked on a hotel balcony in Semporna on Thursday.
Semporna police were quoted as saying a member of the public who was passing by the hotel had recorded the man's alleged act.
Police urged the said member of the public to come forward and help in their investigation.
The case is framed under Section 294(a) of the Penal Code for obscenity.
