Kota Kinabalu: The Human Resources Ministry is determined to train Malaysia’s especially Sabah’s workforce, to be skilled up to at least 35 per cent by 2030 to meet demand and reduce dependency on foreign labour.

Deputy Minister of Human Resources Mustapha Sakmud said this in his recent talk “Future of Human Capital in Sabah – Exploring Opportunities and Challenges for Sabah’s Workforce Development” organised by Sabah Entrepreneurs Transformation (SET) headed by Dato’ George Lim and Malaysia Entrepreneurs Development Association (PUMM), and supported by his Ministry.
