Kota Kinabalu: The ties between the government and local higher learning institute (IPT) students will be further strengthened through the Permuda programme.
The programme organised by the Sabah Youth Council (MBS) was launched on Wednesday through the signing a memorandums of understanding (MoUs) between the Council and 14 IPTs in Sabah.
It was launched by State Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Arifin Mohd Arif.
