Kota Kinabalu: The Rotary Club of Kota Kinabalu Pearl (RCKK Pearl) – under a new leadership – will implement additional projects focusing on environmental sustainability as well as awareness on mental health issues.
Its newly-elected President, Rosie Chong, said among the major projects to be introduced under environmental sustainability involves physical and outdoor activities such as tree and coral planting.
Alongside these projects, she said mental health awareness would also be emphasized, as it was vital to share knowledge and better understanding amongst local communities pertaining to the importance of a healthy mental state.
