MACC nabs 3 including law enforcer for corruptly allowing Indonesian to leave Tawau
The suspects are alleged to have corruptly allowed an Indonesian to depart Tawau illegally.
TAWAU: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on Thursday arrested three individuals including a law enforcement member for allegedly receiving kickbacks by letting an Indonesian national illegally travel from Tawau to Kuala Lumpur.

The suspects allegedly allowed the Indonesian, who had no valid travel documents, to depart Tawau without inspection and for a bribe of RM12,000, according to information confirmed by the Sabah MACC.
