Kota Kinabalu: Former Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said 17 out of the 21 Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) issues have not been resolved but rather agreed upon by the then Federal Government.
The Parti Warisan President said some things have been implemented while some have been delayed.
“It has not been resolved, I said agreed. When we became the Government, the Federal Government had already agreed that out of the 21, a total of 17 have been agreed upon.
