Democratic Action Party Socialist Youth (DAPSY) Sabah Publicity Secretary Thien Ee Hang said SAPP Vice President Gee Tien Siong should resign from his governmental role since the latter seems to have lost confidence in the government. 

Thien said Gee appears to repeatedly question the leadership and capabilities of Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor. 

“As a member of the ruling party in Sabah, Gee’s irresponsible remarks not only undermine the harmony among the coalition in Sabah but also indirectly question the leadership of the Chief Minister,” said Thien in a statement. 

Thien also questioned Gee’s true intentions behind his relentless attacks against the Unity Government.

 Thien is also puzzled by SAPP’s alignment with Perikatan Nasional (PN) while also trying to benefit from their association with GRS.
