PENAMPANG: The Kadazan Language Foundation (KLF) organized essay writing and drawing competitions for primary schools recently in conjunction with International Mother Language Day
The aim was to promote multilingual education based on mother tongue (first language).
The special event was igniting the interest of young children towards their native language via essay writing and drawing competitions.
The event recognised and acknowledged the winners who did well in two competitions, namely best drawing for Level 1 and best essay writing competition for level two.
