LAHAD DATU: The Fire and Rescue Department here on Monday saved a dog stuck in the wall of a house at Taman Warisan.

District Fire and Rescue Station chief, Sumsoa Rashid, said his department received a distress call at 11.33am from the house owner.

He said firemen were deployed to the scene for the special duty.

“Upon arrival, our men discover the dog stuck in a tiny hall in the wall.

After sizing the wall up, the firemen broke it using Paratech Rescue Kit and rescued the dog, he said.

Sumsoa said the dog was later released into its habitat.
