Kota Kinabalu: A surest way to raise Sabah’s GDP per capita income from less than RM30,000 to reach Sarawak’s RM61,442 is through the rapid growth of the State’s entrepreneurial community.
The GDP per capita of Sabah is also below the national level which was RM47,324 in 2021.
Dato’ George Lim, founder of the Sabah Entrepreneurs Transformation (Set), said this when officiating the “Future Digital Transformation for Sustainable Growth” seminar by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and other organisations like Tik Tok to help local enterprises to expand.
