Remote Tuaran village to finally enjoy power supply
The Joint-Inspection Team during a meeting with the Tuaran District Office to review the status of Kg Bubuk application for power supply.
Kota Kinabalu: Villagers of Kampung Bubuk in Tuaran will finally enjoy electricity supply following a joint site inspection conducted by the State Public Complaints Bureau (BPA), government agencies and GLCs. 

The remote village bordering Kg Lembawang and Kg Penampang in Sulaman constituency will soon receive thanks to outreach efforts by Sabah Electricity Sdn Berhad (SESB) and the Federal BPA, State Integrity and Governance Division (BIGONS), District Office, Chief District Officer (CDO) representing UPPM Sulaman, KKDW and complainants.

Kg Bubuk is currently undergoing the process of being officially gazetted as a village settlement. 

The initiative will have a significant impact on the daily lives of Kampung Bubuk residents, allowing them to light up their homes, continue work at night and help children do their homework.
