Kota Kinabalu: Investors and traders view Penampang’s future with optimism due to its potential highlighted in the comprehensive development plan.
The initiative aims to transform the district into a digital hub, and has also fostered confidence, opportunities and economic growth, said Victor Kou.
The proposed plan will create a friendly business environment and is poised to have a positive impact on Penampang’s economy as the district council strives to become a municipality, said Kou, who is the newly elected President of the Penampang Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCCI).
