STATE Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Dr Mohd Arifin Mohd Arif (right) congratulating Jumain Abd Ghani for being appointed as the new Director of the Sabah Islamic Affairs Department (Jheains) at Menara Kinabalu, recently.

Mohd Arifin said Jumain, who was formerly Tambunan and Ranau District Officer, will succeed Datuk Saifulzaman Sangul. 

He said Jumain used to work in the research and general publication division under Jheains when he (Mohd Arifin) was then Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister (Islamic Affairs and Public Service).
