TAWAU: The success of Sabah Softwoods Berhad (SSB) being able to survive until today is proof of the commitment and hard work of the first generation of the Government Linked Company (GLC).
SSB Chief Executive Officer Datuk Mohd Daud Tampokong said the success is the result of the commitment of its employees, some of whom have been loyal to the company for three generations.
“Despite going through various challenges, we have been able to survive for 50 years because of the hard work from every personnel, some have been with SSB for three generations of families from parents, children and grandchildren.
“For that reason, we want the employees who are there today to continue their commitment for the work trust held accountable so that the company continues to thrive.
