Kota Kinabalu: Small and medium-sized entrepreneurs (SMEs) in Sabah area encouraged to take part in an upcoming consumer-based programme dubbed the Sabah Trusted Brand Award (STBA 2023) here on Dec 17.
A non-governmental organisation, Majlis Tindakan Pengguna Negara (MTPN) Sabah branch, is the main organiser of the new programme to be held at Sabah International Convention Centre at 6pm until 10pm to be officiated by Community Development and People’s Wellbeing Minister Datuk James Ratib.
MTPN was established on April 21, 2016 under the 1966 Societies Act and 1984 Societies regulations.
STBA organisibng chairperson Rosnani Tallesang said the aim is to identify, promote and recognise local brand businesses as well as defining their purposes, objectives and value to consumers.
