A 19-year-old denies hurting man 
The offence under Section 326 of the Penal Code carries a jail term of up to 20 years, and with whipping, or with fine, on conviction.
Kota Kinabalu: A 19-year-old was charged with causing grievous hurt to another man.

Khairul Nizam Abdullah who only have a birth certificate, pleaded not guilty before Sessions Court Judge Noor Hafizah Mohd Salim.

He is accused of voluntarily causing serious injury to Mohd Abdullah Hadi Endin, 27, by using a butcher knife between 12.30am and 1.30am on Oct 20 this year behind Speedmart 99 in Donggongon.

The offence under Section 326 of the Penal Code carries a jail term of up to 20 years, and with whipping, or with fine, on conviction.
