“The new committee includes a mix of experienced, middle-aged and young members, as well as newcomers. Next, we will discuss how to open up MCA membership to other Sabahans.”

Referring to Batu Sapi Division which was temporarily suspended in March due to the resignation of leaders, Teah said the suspension would be lifted soon.

“An appointed caretaker will soon establish a new area executive committee to revive the Batu Sapi Division Committee,” he said.

Currently, there are 24 active MCA divisions in Sabah.
