TAMBUNAN: Villagers at Kampung Sunsuron built a bamboo bridge over the Sunsuron River due to rising water levels after heavy rain.
The bridge serves as the main route for villagers accessing paddy fields and gardens in the Duluan area, especially for children and parents going to the farm.
Stephen Gampion, representing 15 residents, said in October, they initiated the construction of the bamboo bridge as an alternative route, crucial for crossing the river.
