Kota Kinabalu: Democratic Action Party Socialist Youth (DAPSY) Sabah said Nominated Assemblyman Aliakbar Gulasan should resign for trying to undermine the Madani unity government and harmony of the state’s diverse communities.
Its Secretary Chan Loong Wei said Aliakbar, who is Sabah PAS Commissioner, orchestrated unwarranted attacks against Datuk Seri Shamsul Iskandar, the senior political secretary to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Chan said Aliakbar, as an appointed state assemblyperson, should use appropriate channels to address concerns.
