Does not reflect Sabah’s status as equal partner: Warisan
“I am not angry or insulting what has been said by the Prime Minister (right). He said much has been given to Sabah. It is true. But we are not satisfied," Darell (left) said.
Kota Kinabalu: More has been done for Sabah under the current Unity Government but it still does not reflect Sabah’s status as an equal partner in the Federation of Malaysia, said Parti Warisan (Warisan) Deputy President Datuk Darell Leiking.

He said while it is true that Sabah has received more, it is still little from what the State rightfully deserves as equal partners of the federation.

“I am not angry or insulting what has been said by the Prime Minister (Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim). He said much has been given to Sabah. It is true. But we are not satisfied.

“They say we should be thankful, but how are we supposed to be thankful? Nearly every Sabahan I know has said ‘are we not an equal partner?’.
